CANCELATIONS / NO SHOW POLICY: You must cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you do not cancel within that time frame, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. DEPOSITS: Will be applied to your final balance. All Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE!! But transferable for your next appt. LATE POLICY: There is a 15 minute grace period for being late to your appointment. After 20 min there will be a $10 late fee. After 30min, your appointment will be canceled. FILL POLICY: A fill requires at least 40%-50% of your lash extensions. If you have less than 40% of lashes, you will need to pay for a full set. DO’s: * Come with CLEAN lashes * Come picture ready DON’T: * Wear low buns or ponytails * Do not come wear face moisturizer to your appointment
